Keep it as a memento. That's what I do to my old parts. On my bedroom alone, I have four pistons with busted rings, three old relays, a radiator and a clutch master cylinder, just hanging around.

Keep all your parts and slowly build a stock version of your car, that's what I'm doing with my FR-S :)

I did that with my shift knob. Once my fiancee noticed, she immediately said 'no, that's not going to work.'

I put it in my son's room to subtly (subconsciously?) influence him. :)
